VISITOR'S MANAGEMENT

This is the most essential feature which has very significant importance. Anyone visiting the building should be properly monitored and managed so that no one without proper identification or invite should enter the campus.

UNINVITED GUEST
  • The mobile number of the visitor is to be taken at the entrance gate.
  • OTP received by the visitor will be shared with the gate security guard.
  • A form asking for the below details will open on the security guard mobile app –
    • Name of the person who arrived
    • Number of people
    • Flat number to be visited
    • Vehicle number if any
    • Photo of the person to be taken from the app
  • A token with all the above-listed information will be sent to the flat owner of the given flat number. if the owner accepts then the visitor will be allowed else he will not be allowed.
INVITED GUEST
  • Visitor who is invited by the flat owner can be given a pass from the profile. This guest pass will have a unique id number that has to be entered at the gate by a security guard.
  • After entering the unique id number details of the guest will automatically come in security guard form

RESIDENT'S REGISTRATION AND PROFILE MANAGEMENT

Resident registration will be done as soon as the application is installed in the building and new users will be merged as they arrive at the property.

  • User information such as name, date of birth, photo, id card number, the flat number will be shown on the profile
  • In the user dashboard
    • Services such as raising in-house request for repairing work can be done
    • Raising out house request for services such as Electric Appliances, Home Appliances, Furnishing, Car Wash, or any other kind of repair work can be done from nearest service providers.
    • Users can raise any kind of alerts in the society regarding any occasion or help required.

RESIDENT'S SERVICE REQUEST MANAGEMENT

Above listed service requests will be managed through our application. Future enhancement of this application will provide a login profile to all the service providers who want to provide service through our application.

MAIDS AND DAILY WORKERS PROFILE MANAGEMENT

Maids and Daily Workers i.e., Drivers, Cooks, Caretakers, Etc. Profiles will be managed separately in the application which will be mapped to their respective flat owners in whose house they work.
Apart from these workers working for the building i.e., Gardeners Cleaners, Cook, Drivers, will be mapped under the building.

MAIDS
  • Maids working in the society in various flats will have a unique identification number for attendance monitoring.
  • Once they arrive in the society it will be notified to all flats in which they are working.
  • The profile will have their basic information such as name, address, flats in which they work and attendance sheet.
DAILY WORKER
  • Daily worker as Gardner, Plumber, Electrician, and others will have their profile.
  • They will receive notification for the in-house service requests.
  • Their attendance will be also included in the profile.

SECURITY GUARD PROFILE MANAGEMENT

Security guard profiles will be managed separately with their designation and roles.

  • The security guard can be of various types i.e gate security parking security building security.
  • The profile of each security guard will have features as per their role.
  • Supervisors of the security can manage and keep track records of all security such as their attendance and time log.
